MASSAGE & the COVID-19

Dear Optimum Health friends,

In light of the evolving COVID-19 news, we know you have questions on upcoming appointments. For now, we’re proceeding as planned. This is a fluid situation so we are monitoring the news and guidance from experts daily. As always, the safety and wellbeing of our clients and your families is our first priority.

The staff here at Optimum Health have discussed what we feel is safe for you and for us and we feel that social distancing doesn’t have to be complete isolation and self care at this time in safe ways is what we all need the most.

We ask that you please stay at home if you (or anyone you live with) are not feeling well (you will not be charged for the massage).

We have always been vigilant about the cleanliness of the space, and now we are increasing the thoroughness of our cleaning and sanitizing efforts.

If you have traveled overseas in the last two weeks to stay home (allowing 14 days to land back in the USA healthy and clear).
