Kripalu Yoga is a gentle Hatha Yoga with a compassionate approach. It places an emphasis on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Kripalu is gentle yoga that emphasizes moving at your own pace, self-acceptance, and adaptability. It’s ideal for beginners and is accepting to everyone, no matter your age, ability, size, or other circumstance.
Christine brings two decades of experience to her yoga classes including 20 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Integrated Positional Therapist, Kripalu RYT & Presenter, Reiki Master, Holistic Health Educator and Continuing Education Provider through the NCBTMB.
She is passionate about service and deeply curious about how people can facilitate sustainable transformation to enable a more peaceful and pain-free life.
