So…let’s state the obvious….it’s cold outside! How many of you just except that you will probably get some kind of sickness like you always do this time of year? Let’s change that right now!
Doing all the things you do WHEN you get a cold is better to do BEFORE you get a cold…prevention is key 🙂 And it works!
Here’s a short list of things to implement right now:
- Drink Echinacea Tea
- Soak in Epsom Salts Bath ( essential oils extra health bonus)
- Even though it’s cold outside keep drinking lots of water
- Make Immune Boosting Soup …inbox me for the recipe 🙂
- Keep getting exercise!! Move that body!!
- Get enough sleep
- Meditate 2 min per day
- Good hand washing techniques
- Neti pot & Nasya Oil
I have seen this sickness cycle broken over and over when people are pro-active….maybe instead of getting the flu you only get a small head cold for a few days….or nothing at all!!! Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
